All of the operational equipment required for production is installed on the main single chassis of the mobile concrete plant and is transported in place. - Transport with a single tow truck
The M 100 concrete plant with two complete sets of screw conveyors, filters and other silo equipment, can be transported aboard a single trailer truck. All Crash Crusher mobile batching plants are equipped with two axles to ensure good weight distribution. - Quick Start Up Time
To reduce the installation time and crane operations, the main components in the M100 mobile concrete plant are installed, pre-wired and tested in the production facilities. - Minimum Foundation Required
Thanks to their design, Crash Crusher mobile batching plants require no or minimal foundations, thus reducing the operating costs and bringing mobility to a new level. - 180 Degree Truck Mixer Aproach
Due to its heavy duty chassis design, the M100 Crash Crusher mobile concrete batching plant requires no front supports. The absence of front supports not only reduces the installation time, but also brings useful operational characteristics, allowing mixer trucks to approach from three angles (180 degrees) and drive through. This feature is very useful for strict and narrow sites.
