Hammer Crusher
The material passes through the feed opening into the striking arc of the rotating hammers. The hammers fling the material against the grinding ledges of the grinding wall, from where it rebounds back against the hammers.The material flow is spread over the following discharge grates, where the product granulometry is separated and discharged through the grates. Any remaining material continues to be processed until it can pass through the grate gap. The grate bar gap spacing determines the final product size.To infl uence the product size, the circumferential speed of the rotor can be varied.
Jaw Crusher
Jaw crushers reduce large rocks or ore by means of compression. Mechanical pressure is applied using the crusher’s two jaws; one is fixed while the other makes an eccentric movement. L Series vertical shaft impact crushers use high-speed rotor or heavy duty open tables. These crushers are offered in a variety of enclosed rotor or open table configurations and are convertible between three styles of crushing chamber designs for maximum flexibility. Configurations options include enclosed rotor and rock shelf (ROR), enclosed rotor and anvil ring (ROS) and open table rotor and anvil ring (SOS).This maximizes flexibility and allows the crusher to be configured as needed with the highest performance possible. This modular design offers maximum application versatility.
