APPLICATIONS
Blade Mills are used as conditioner before screening process to increase sand equivalency and screening efficiency.
Blade Mill also well-suited for processing various non-aggregate hard ores containing water-soluble clays and silts.
Blade Mill designed to scrub and clean gravel and crushed stone up to 75mm (3’’) in size.
Blade Mill so similar to coarse washers in appearance however, they are used at different steps of processes. The main differences of blade mills are;

•    All materials and water entering to Blade Mill are discharged to next process completely. They don’t have an overflow system.

•    Blade Mills operate at low angles at range of 0°-5° degrees.

•    They have higher capacities when compared with coarse washers due to low operating angle.

•    Blade Mills have different type shaft configurations to solve various types of water-soluble clays.

•    They need less water to operate.
