MANUFACTURING FACILITIES

Ideas developed by Crash Crusher’s R&D team turn into products in four production facilities. We produce high-quality machinery and plants using modern, environmentally friendly technologies in our factories, each of which is equipped with the latest technology.

Crash Crusher - 1 FACTORY

This manufacturing facility was established in Ankara’s Başkent Organized Industrial Zone. It has a total area of 15,800 m², with a covered area of 10,000 m². Our factory was the first one to be built in this zone. In this facility, we carry out high-quality mass production with a wide range of manufacturing equipment and a highly qualified team of engineers.

Crash Crusher - 2 FACTORY

Our new factory was established in the same Industry Zone with Temelli Factory 1, in the area of 25.000 m² . This facility is equipped with high technology machines such as high temperature painting booth and CNC Bohrwerk machine. Mass production lines of Crushing&Screening Equipment are focused in this factory.

ESKISEHIR FACTORY

This manufacturing facility is located in Eskisehir’s Organized Industrial Zone. It has an area of approximately 30,500m² with a covered area of 10,000 m². In this integrated facility, we produce concrete mixers, concrete mixing plants and equipment. The Crash Crusher Eskisehir factory is equipped with a very wide range of manufacturing machines and has the ability to design, produce, and erect any kind of equipment needed. This factory’s key advantage is its ability to process single 10-ton 7m x 2.5m x 2.5m steel parts. After being dismounted, each part is taken to sandblasting before being moved to the mounting line to be prepared for shipping.
